Our one-card ink fingerprinting service is $40 per person and includes fingerprinting for one card. You may bring your own fingerprint card or use one provided by Main Fingerprints & Labs. The appointment fee remains the same either way.
Need a second card? If you book a one-card appointment and request a second card during your appointment, an additional $30 will be charged, bringing your total to $70 for two cards.
If you need two cards from the start, please book our standard two-card appointment for $70, which includes two fingerprint cards regardless of who supplies them.
Additional cards beyond the two included in the standard appointment are $20 each, when completed during the same appointment.
NOTE: Please ensure that you have confirmed and verified with your employer, licensing board, or institution that you specifically require ink fingerprints and NOT Live Scan (digital) fingerprints. We do not offer Live Scan services at this time.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for confirming their fingerprinting requirements with the requesting employer, licensing board, attorney, school, or other institution before their appointment. Please bring all required documents, any forms requiring the fingerprint technician’s signature, and the correct information needed to complete applicable sections of your FD-258 fingerprint card, including the employer section when applicable. Main Fingerprints & Labs cannot determine what information your card should contain, as requirements vary by institution. Please arrive prepared with all necessary information and paperwork.
